Job Readiness

Know your readiness before the interviewer does

One number, fully explainable, built from how you actually perform in practice interviews — not from a quiz you can game.

What your score measures

Every component comes from a real signal in your interview. Components that couldn’t be measured are listed — never silently dropped.

  • Progress tracking: your score moves as you practice — see the trend on your dashboard.
  • A recommended next step after every interview, aimed at your weakest area.
  • Not enough data? You’ll see “Not enough data” — never a misleading zero.

FAQ

What is the JumpToJob Readiness Score?

A 0-100 score computed from your actual practice interview performance. It combines technical skills, problem solving, communication, confidence, behavioral depth, answer structure (STAR coverage), role relevance, and — if you've run one — your ATS resume match. Every component shows the signal it came from.

Is the score scientifically validated?

No, and we don't claim it is. It's a practice tool: it helps you understand where you're strong and where to practice more. It is not a psychometric assessment, doesn't predict hiring outcomes, and shouldn't be the only input to any hiring decision.

How do I get my score?

Complete a practice interview (at least two answered questions). Your score appears immediately after the interview with the full breakdown, and updates every time you practice again — you can watch it move over time.

Can employers see my score?

Only if you choose to share it. Your interviews and scores are private by default; sharing happens only through your opt-in public profile, which you can switch off at any time in settings.
